Shipping Details:
In the USA we offer UPS Ground. We can ship 2nd Day or Next Day. We ask that you call us to do so. This way we can assure the item will ship that day. On items weighing less than 3 pounds we sometimes will ship it USPS Prioirty Mail at no additional charge.
Canada: We will ship to Canada if you first email us and we agree on the shipping amount. The system is not set up for you to go through checkout if you live in Canada. We will process the order over the phone for you. If you send us your telephone number by email, we will call you first, so it does not cost you anything to do the order over the phone.
We are not responsible for any handling charges by the shipper, or taxes and duties charged by your country. You will have to pay for them when the package arrives. If you refuse the package you will have to pay for the item and all fees incurred to ship you the item. There are no cancellations once the package has shipped.

Tracking numbers: If shipped from our warehouse it will be sent to the customer when the item or items ship. If shipped from the manufacturer we can notify you when the item was shipped. We can't promise you a tracking number but we will do our best to provide one for you.
Drop Ship from the Manufacturer: There are some products on the website that are drop shipped straight from the manufacturer. If you need a item in a hurry please email or call us to confirm the shipment can be delivered on time. We typically ship our items within 24 hours of payment. We cannot control when the item will be shipped from the manufacturer. We will do our best to make sure it is shipped in a timely manner. We will notify you by email when the item has shipped. If we can't confirm the item has shipped within 48 hours, we will notify the customer by email or telephone to see if they want to cancel the order.Partial Shipments: Some orders will require shipment from our warehouse and the manufacturer. If this is the case, you will receive a tracking number from us for the product that left our warehouse. We will also notify you when the your item from the manufacturer has shipped. If Damaged
The customer will have 7 days after delivery to examine the product for any defects. A defect is the item wasn't delivered to you in the condition stated on the website. All items are brand new unless otherwise specified. If you do find a defect when delivered please keep the box it was delivered in. If the item was damaged in transit by UPS they will want the box and packaging materials. If you do find that the item or items has a defect please email or call us and we will issue a call tag for the product. We will need to receive the product back for inspection before sending another one out. After inspection we will gladly send out another if the product is defective. We will not be difficult in this process. If the item is defective we will get another one out to you the same day we receive the defective item back. The item needs to be returned in unused condition to receive a replacement or refund.
Warranty
Warranty Issues: If the item has a warranty issue please contact us at support@teeitupgolfstores.com or call us at 1-800-434-6181. We will be glad to assist you.. All the Manufacturer's have different polices in handling warranty claims. We will do our best to get it taken care of for you as quickly as possible.
Returns
If you made a purchase from us and you want to return the item in the same condition you received it this is our policy. You will have 30 days from the date of purchase to contact us and have a call tag issued for the items. We will not be responsible for emails that have not been taken care of before the 30 day time frame. It will be the customers responsibilty to have conformation that we have received your information and the item is in process. The customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. After we receive the items we will examine them. If they are in the same condition as when we sent them out we will issue a refund minus the shipping cost to you and a 10% restocking fee.

In trying to determine what is counterfeit use these simple rules:
1. If the price is to good to be true- 99% of the time it is to good to be true. The golf and tennis industries as a whole runs on tight margins.
2. Buy from a golf or tennis shop direct. Anyone can sell on an auction based website. We have a golf and tennis shop and we are getting trade in's on a regular basis that are counterfeit. Every time the customer would tell us they bought it on a auction based website. Not once has it been a legitimate golf or tennis shop.
3. You need to understand that the counterfeiters are duplicating the products now almost identical including the serial numbers. We have been in the business for years and we have a hard time determining counterfeit from the real product. Counterfeit product does not play the same as the original products. They can feel good at first. But down the road you will see the signs of poor quality.
